SHIPPING POLICY - OLD
All orders are shipped from our Koh Gen Do’s office in Washington State. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (except major holidays).
Free standard USPS shipping with a purchase of $50 or more in merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling fees. **Free shipping is not available for expedited shipments.
** To prevent fraudulent Credit Card use and to protect our customers, if your order is being shipped to a separate address from your billing address, we may be contacting you to provide additional information to confirm your order.
UPS Standard Shipping- orders are shipped during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST), excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders shipped via UPS Ground are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Below is the UPS Standard Ground shipping times.
UPS Expedited Shipping- orders placed before 2pm PST, during business hours will be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after 2pm PST, will be processed and shipped the following business day.
US Postal Service (USPS) - Available for any order placed by phone. All telephone orders require an email confirmation of the final sales receipt prior to being processed. ALL USPS PACKAGES WILL HAVE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY TO ENSURE SAFE AND ACCURATE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50. Please call (253) 267-1769 or toll free 1 (877) 754-3872.
International Shipping- At this time we do not ship internationally and only accept orders from the U.S.
**Lost/ Stolen Packages: Koh Gen Do is not responsible for any delivered packages that are lost or stolen. If a package is lost or stolen please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to submit a claim.
**Undeliverable Packages: Includes packages returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address that was provided; failed attempt to obtain package at a UPS facility; failed attempt in obtaining a 'Signature Confirmation' requested by the customer will result in the return of the package to Koh Gen Do. Any charges accrued from the return of a package, including costs to re-ship will be the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel or modify an order once it has been placed?
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour after the order has been placed. You may email us at Contact@kohgendo.us or call us at 1-877-754-3872. After the hour window, we cannot guarantee the order will be immediately cancelled.
Does my promotion code apply to every order?
Promotion codes and the discounts or gift with purchase they provide, will only apply once and cannot be reused.
