If you feel the products you received from kohgendocosmetics.com do not meet this expectation, simply return the product(s) within 30 days of the PURCHASE date and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the product(s). Please note, it can take up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account or issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Koh Gen Do will be responsible for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us at 253.267.1769 or toll free 1.877.754.3872.
When returning any part of your order, please include the original packing slip and complete all fields on the back of the packing slip. If the original packing slip is no longer available, please list your name, address, phone number, email address and the reason you are returning or exchanging the item on a separate sheet of paper and include this in the return box with the product(s).
If you purchased your item at a store or another online website, please understand that each store or online website has its own return policy, please follow up with that store directly. Returns for purchases made in a partnered retail location may NOT be returned to Koh Gen Do. Only cosmetics or skin care products purchased by phone from Koh Gen Do or online at kohgendocosmetics.com may be returned to us for a refund.
Exchange Policy: Koh Gen Do will only accept an exchange on an item(s) of the same product type if it available in a different shade. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase date of the item(s) being returned. Shipping charges to return item(s) to Koh Gen Do and to ship exchanged product will be the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be included in a Return for refunds on any promotional Gift sets or Gift with Purchase.
Please send your insured return via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS for your protection. Please keep the tracking number as reference for the return shipment. This information will be required to assist you if the package does not reach us.
